This report on the second phase of the evaluation of three restorative justice schemes (CONNECT, Justice Research Consortium and REMEDI) focuses on the extent of participation across the schemes, the process of restorative justice (including what happened during conferences and mediation) and any follow up by schemes of outcomes.
